1. Treat other members with the respect they deserve. This should go without saying, but treat others like you yourself would like to be treated!
2. Apologies, but the forum language is English only! Posts in languages other than English will not be approved and released.
3. Any means of advertising is not permitted. Naturally, offers of assistance may be made, but this must not be for financial gain.
4. Any form of self-promotion, including any links to personal websites, is not permitted.
5. Please do not make posts in all CAPITALS since this is considered to be shouting and is not necessary. In general, use capitals sparingly.
6. Please refrain from making long posts. If you want to engage with another member in lengthy dialogue, use the Private Messaging system instead (or agree to privately exchange email addresses).
7. Forum members are encouraged to report to the Administrators what they consider to be improper use or 'bad behaviour'.
8. Insulting language or any form of personal attacks against Forum or Portal support personnel will not be tolerated. The Administrators' decisions are final.
8. Please be considerate in language you use on the forum. Some of our members may not be of adult age. Any form of swearing is not permitted. A filter is in place to safeguard this system.
10. Reference to or encouragement of any illegal activity will not be tolerated, and if appropriate may be reported to a local authority.
11. Do not compromise a person's privacy or identity (including your own!) by posting too much information that could identify them.
12. Please do not post inappropriate material. This is a Family Friendly Forum - don’t post content that you would not want your children, mothers, fathers, husbands or wives to see.
13. Do not provide links or reference to any websites that operate illicit activities (e.g. dealing with 'adult only' sites, "warez" or illegitimate software of any kind). All such links will be removed.
14. Try to create threads in the proper forum area. Threads created in the wrong forum area are subject to deletion. Administrators will not re-post them correctly for you.
These rules are clear and easy to follow. They are not onerous or restrictive. They are only in place to ensure our community is an interesting, hopefully fun, and most importantly a "comfortable" place to be.
