Provided you have registered (and have responded to the 'confirmation' email sent to you when you first register), you should be able to log into the website. If you are having problems, please contact us, however please first look at the following possible solutions:
1. The website informs me that my Username and/or Password is invalid: Ensure you are using the right Username and Password, but also check that you have used CAPITAL and lower case characters properly as these are "Case Sensitive". Also ensure your O's are O's and your Zeros are Zeros!
2. You have forgotten (or think you may have forgotten!) your Username or Password: You can use the "Forgot Login?" function (highlighted link below the Login button to retrieve your Username or Reset your password. You will receive an email with instructions, however if your email is for some reason invalid (e.g. does not match the email address held on the Portal), this facility (obviously) cannot be used. If this is the case or you encounter other problems you will need to contact the Website Administrator using the email address:
3. The Username and Password boxes 'clear' when I press the "Login" button: If you are using the Firefox browser, and after entering your Username and Password the input boxes merely 'clear' rather than you being taken to an error page, you should be aware that there are known problems logging into some websites with certain, older versions of this browser. All we can advise is that you either upgrade to the latest version or perhaps try with another Browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Google Chrome). N.B. This may be part of a 'process of elimination'!
